• Partnerships/Sole Traders: If you do not notify HMRC of the commencement of your business within three months of the start date you may be subject to fines. Also you must register for payment of class 2 national insurance contributions.
   
  We will assist you in ensuring that HM Revenue and Customs is informed correctly and on time of the start of the business.
   
  We will also assist in formulating Partnership agreements and profit shares.

• VAT Registration: We can advise on when you need to register for VAT and can apply for VAT registration on your behalf..
